As summer ends I am always a little sad, but then a day watching the leaves turn golden yellow, red and orange, with just a hint of sun makes me remember that there are parts of all seasons to love – so here’s hoping.

Today a recipe that is so delicious and just right for Autumn – Oven Roasted Peaches with Honey, they really are totally yum and as I was taking the pictures for the post I had at least 3 people with spoons at the ready!

My mini muffin cases came from Fields of Blue

Serve your still warm peaches with the warm honey juice and thick double cream with a few sprinkles of grated nutmeg – YUM!! ( you could also use Fromage Frais)
