By visiting katiecraig.com (KC) and or purchasing from KC you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (T&Cs). KC reserves the right to alter our T&Cs at any time and without notice. You (the site user / customer) may not use KC to distribute information that could be deemed to be libelous, offensive, intimidating, a cause of anxiety or can be construed as impinging the human rights of other individuals.
Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you find yourself unhappy with your purchases we are happy to exchange or refund your item. We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. Please note the products have to be unused, unopened and in the original packaging which must not be damaged.
To return your products, please contact customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org we will give you the address to return it to and returns number or fill in the contact form.
Should you wish to return your products you (the customer) are responsible for the return postage and the packing. You must return the items with a returns number and a copy of your invoice. The products must be in the original packaging unopened and unused. Katie Craig.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Once we have received your returned items, refunds can take up to 7 working days, although we do hope to be quicker than that.
Cancel an Order
Should you wish to cancel your order you have the statutory right to do so up to 14 days after the day you receive your product(s). You can cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Please note orders are normally processed within 24 hours i.e. the same day as they come in.

Please note because of the nature of the products, if products look to have been used or opened or if the packaging is damaged we will not be able to refund your order for reasons of hygiene. In these circumstances your order will be sent back to you, this will be at your own cost.
We will deliver to the address that you (the customer) supplied to us when you placed the order. Katie Craig.com will not be held liable if there is no one at the given address to receive the order or if there is no instruction to leave the package, or if the order disappears from the address. If the order is taken to a depot because there is no one to receive the order or no instruction to leave the package, it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the package. If the package is not delivered KatieCraig.com will do their utmost to locate the package but will not be held responsible for its loss. KatieCraig.com will do our very best to ensure that you (the customer) receive your package within the specified time, but KatieCraig.com will not be held responsible for packages held up in transit.
Where FREE DELIVERY is offered this will be to a UK mainland address only.
