Having had a wonderful weekend riding with my daughter, working in the garden and seeing freinds, they mentioned the little gifts I had given them at Easter last year.

When I give someone a present it is because I care about them and I want it to be personal. Last year at Easter I decided not to go buy the usual very heavily packaged offerings in the shops, instead I made my own little gift collections and my freinds loved them.

So this morning I thought that it would be good to share with you and give you some ideas for Easter gifts that are thoughtful and simple.

For the freind who loves a nice cup of tea?

I am always in and out of the charity shops looking for containers for my eggs be it the real ones or the chocolate variety I love to find the usual and make them the unusual and hopefully pretty. These are a few of my ideas for big and little people alike.

Add a bow and wrap!

A pink mug and the Easter bunny for coffee!

Now there is only one problem – when we are doing a photoshoot with edible very tasty cute litte eggs that are made of delicious chocolate, what to do with the eggs once the photos have been done?

Look and you will see!

oops! will need to buy a few more!

I do hope you enjoy making your Easter egg gifts . . . I still have a few more to show you so come back soon. Remember to tell us what gifts you are making for Easter – I would love to share some of your ideas.
